Can I really just send a voice note?
Yes. Record a voice note describing the job — rooms, sizes, materials, the client's name — exactly like you'd brief an apprentice. QuotePilot transcribes it, prices each line from your own price list and sends the finished PDF back in the same chat. Photos of job sheets and plain text work the same way.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. You message QuotePilot's number from your existing phone. You verify your number once with a 6-digit code so nobody else can quote from your account, and you can link more team numbers on the Pro and Business plans.
Where do the prices come from?
From your price list, configured when you onboard. The AI matches the job description to your services and rates — it never invents prices. Anything it can't match is flagged as custom and you approve the price before the quote is finalised.
What counts as a quote credit?
One generated quote = one credit. Your plan includes a monthly allowance (3 on Free, 100 on Starter, 250 on Pro, 600 on Business). Paid plans receive all three months of credits up front.
What happens after my 3 months end?
Nothing sneaky — there's no auto-renewal. You'll see the end date in your dashboard and get a renewal prompt; one PayPal payment starts your next 3 months. Until you renew, quoting is paused but your data, branding and quote history stay safe.
Is my data and my clients' data safe?
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in UK/EU-region infrastructure under UK GDPR, and each business's data is isolated at the database level. Voice notes and photos are deleted right after the job details are extracted, and the AI only ever talks to you — never to your clients.
How do I pay?

Will my clients know it's AI?
